Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Ruthinx.com, operated by Fuworx Innovations, we are committed to providing high-quality, pure plant-based products. Every product is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged product.

• You received a defective product.

• You received an incorrect product.

• The product was missing from your order.

• The product was delivered in a tampered package.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@ruthinx.com with:

• Order Number

• Product Name

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the outer packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Opened or used products.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence.

• Products purchased during promotional offers, clearance sales, or special discounts (unless received damaged or incorrect).

• Products returned without original packaging.

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Personal preference regarding fragrance, texture, colour, or appearance of naturally derived ingredients.

3. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue. In certain cases, we may request the product to be returned before dispatching the replacement.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed if:

• A replacement is unavailable.

• The product cannot be delivered.

• The order is cancelled before dispatch.

• We determine that a refund is the most appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Ruthinx.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery period, please contact us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date.

We will coordinate with our logistics partner and provide an appropriate resolution.

7. Quality Assurance

Our products are made using carefully selected plant-based ingredients. Minor variations in:

• Colour

• Fragrance

• Texture

• Consistency

may naturally occur between batches. These variations are normal and do not indicate a defect.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Ruthinx will not be responsible for delays or additional shipping charges arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

9. Force Majeure

Ruthinx shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
